How do I contact you? 

If you have questions or concerns regarding an order please email juliakellydesigns@gmail.com for help! Any other questions not regarding an order/return/exchange, my Instagram DMs are always open! (@juliakellydeisgns)I may not always respond but I will try my best to respond! 

Do you offer custom and personalized orders? 

-We do make custom & personalized items but before ordering we ask that you contact us by emailing us at juliakellydesigns@gmail.com or through our Instagram, @juliakellydesigns ! We also ask that you be patient in case we do not return to your message in the next 24 hours, if we have not contacted you in 48 hours of messaging us, please contact us again! We can’t wait to hear from you, please have in mind of what custom order you would like:)

How do I take care of and care for my stickers? 

-All of our stickers are weatherproof. Unless stated otherwise all of our stickers are also waterproof. They have a clear seal on top so they are safe from scratches, water, and the sun!

It is recommended that JKD stickers are not placed on cars or waterbottles because they are not 100% waterproof.

If placing on a water bottle or any item that needs to be washed be gentle while washing and do not scrub very hard so the sticker will last longer!

I never received my order, and realized I put the wrong address. Will you replace my order?

-Unfortunately no, I take the address provided and then create labels based on what the buyer provides. I do not change anything on the labels If you have put the wrong address on your order & your order has already shipped, I will not replace it for free. If the order has not been shipped, please contact us as soon as you notice so we can work together to find a solution. I would love to replace all orders for free but it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that their address is correct.

Where is my order?

Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days with the exception of customs! Customs take a little longer because they are fully customized. After your order has been processed, you can then check your tracking via email or text!

How do I care for my apparel? What size am I in apparel?

To care for your apparel- wash inside out on cold and air dry for the longest wear! These are handmade so be extra careful with them! 

​To know what size you are, please refer to the size charts. Julia Kelly Designs tee sizes are all unisex. All tees run true to their size unless stated otherwise. Every tee is Comfort Colors so please keep that in mind when purchasing.

Do you offer whoelsale or bulk in your products?
