Orders are typically processed within 3 business days but can take up to 7 business days. Pre orders are 4-8 weeks from your order date.
*Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate*

All shipping inquires need to be directed to Route or USPS. Please do NOT email regarding your order until 12 business days have passed.

( this means I have up to 7 business days to make/ package your order THEN it will be shipped! ) After that you can check tracking on your email / phone confirmation. If you have any shipping inquiries you must contact USPS so they can best serve you. We don't offer cancelations or changes to orders as they go straight into shipment. Please triple check your sizes and addresses!
If packages are declined or returned back to us, you will be refunded your order value MINUS the international shipping cost.

What size am I? How do I care for my apparel?
Sizing for each listing will be at the end of the photos for the listing! All items run true to size unless stated otherwise! Shop Julia Kelly Tees and Crewnecks are preshrunk and unisex for a cozy fit. SIZE CHART HERE. We do not offer returns or exchanges, please email us for personal sizing assistance if unsure!
Please wash all apparel inside out on cold and air dry. For boutique clothing you must check the individual tag for best care instruction! We are not responsible for incorrect washing.
Are the stickers waterproof?
All stickers are 100% water, sun, and scratch proof, carwash safe, and dishwasher safe. Just be conscious not to scrub when washing any water bottles!
